Individualized recovery support
Our Individualized Recovery Support program offers personalized, one-on-one guidance for those navigating the complexities of mental health and addiction recovery.
At Epic Journey Recovery, we provide personalized one-on-one support for individuals navigating addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Our role is not that of a therapist— we are a recovery mentor, coach, and trauma-informed guide, helping clients create structure, build resilience, and reconnect to purpose.
what is not included:
To maintain professional integrity, transparency, and protect your well-being:
We do not diagnose or treat mental health or substance use disorders
We do not offer trauma therapy or clinical emotional processing
We do not prescribe or adjust psychiatric medications
We do not act as a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or clinician
We do not offer therapy groups or clinical assessments
when the clinical team is engaged:
If at any point a client needs deeper therapeutic care, trauma processing, clinical diagnosis, psychiatric evaluation, or structured treatment, I collaborate with a trusted clinical team. This includes:
