Recovery Coaching
Recovery coaching offers structured, non-clinical support for individuals navigating addiction, early recovery, or long-term sobriety. Sessions focus on accountability, daily structure, emotional regulation, and applying recovery tools in real life.

Preparation & Integration Coaching

Preparation and Integration Coaching supports individuals before and after ketamine therapy or plant medicine experiences, as well as other intensive healing or life transitions. Sessions focus on mental and emotional preparation, then integrating insights into practical, lasting change.

Movement and yoga coaching provides one-on-one support through guided movement and breathwork to support physical and nervous system regulation. Sessions are adapted to all levels and needs.
